  Services Available

Legal representation in settlement negotiations, legal representation using the Collaborative Family Law Process, and Mediation (as a neutral serving both parties). All of these services offer a more client- centered and more private alternative to litigation in court.

What is Collaborative Divorce? It is a process outside of court that addresses the legal, financial and emotional needs of families, makes children and family connections a priority, and keeps control over the outcome with the parties. Each client has a separate attorney and a transparent and cooperative process is used to achieve settlement.

What is Mediation? The clients meet with a neutral party to discuss their family law issues. The mediator facilitates communications and helps the clients to work with each other directly to explore options and work towards a settlement.
